Navigating the journey to health and happiness isn't a straight line—it's more like a messy, beautiful tangle of experiences and lessons learned. From the pressure to look a certain way to get a boyfriend or job, to restrictive diets and punishing workouts, I've done it all.

 

But through the process, I’ve also discovered a different path, one that's all about balance, flexibility, and most importantly, self-love.

 

Through years of education, trial and error, and a whole lot of soul-searching, I've identified 8 essential habits that can not only transform your body but your mental wellbeing, confidence, and prevent chronic health issues.
